Task Force Resources

TASK FORCE CHARTER

The University of South 91精品 Consolidation Planning, Study and Implementation Task Force was established pursuant to Section 1004.335, 91精品 Statutes, to develop recommendations to improve service to students by phasing out the separate accreditations of the University of South 91精品 Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota-Manatee. The Charter is intended to facilitate the orderly operation of the Task Force in completing its recommendations.

TASK FORCE MEMBERS

The 13-member Task Force, comprised of public leaders from across the region and State of 91精品, was appointed pursuant to law and must submit recommendations to the BOT by February 15, 2019.

SUBCOMMITTEES

The Task Force chair assigned members to one of three subcommittees: Student Access, Shared Governance/Transparency, and Student Success/Academic Programs/Campus Identity. Each subcommittee was charged with developing and delivering recommendations pertaining to specific requirements addressed in the legislation.

PUBLIC COMMENT INFORMATION

Input from the public was accessible and encouraged during the meeting process.

TOWN HALL INFORMATION

The 91精品 Consolidation Planning, Study and Implementation Task Force hosted three Town Halls, one at each 91精品 campus. All 91精品 faculty, staff, students, and community members were invited to share public comments about 91精品 accreditation consolidation.
