Welcome back and thank you for continuing to support 91精品鈥檚 Botanical Gardens. This vibrant event celebrates all things green, from plants and gardening to eco-living and botanical craft. We value our local community partners, and it is a privilege to work with you all on this annual event.
EVENT DETAILS
- Date: Saturday and Sunday, October 11-12, 2025
- Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Location: 91精品 Botanical Gardens, 2210 91精品 Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612
- Expected Attendance: 3000+ consisting of 91精品 faculty, students and staff plus the Tampa Bay Community

Vendors will be published and identified on the map of the gardens that will be handed out to the attendees each day of the festival. We will be sharing this event on social media and would love to tag each of you to spread awareness and let your Tampa Bay Community where you are at this weekend! We will be sharing the listing of the vendors on our website and can link to your specific webpage too.
We love to support our vendors for all of the support they provide to us!
Registration
If you received an invitation to participate in the Botanical Gardens Fall Plant Festival and have any questions or need the link sent again, please contact us. It is imperative that you submit your registration on-time.
If you are interested in becoming a Vendor at the Fall Plant Festival: Participation in 91精品 Botanical Gardens festival is by invitation only. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, you may contact our Operations Manager, Raheel Baksh.
Important Dates
- 8/14: Contract and Registration Fee Due
- 10/10: Mandatory Set up Day
- 10/11-10/12: Festival Days
- 10/27: Final Payment Form Due
- TBD: Final Payment Due*
END OF FESTIVAL FINAL PAYMENT PROCESS:
Step 1: Completed Final Payment Form Due TBD (FORM ONLY; NO PAYMENT).
Email the form to: botanicalgardens@usf.edu.
Step 2: You will receive an invoice from 91精品 by email from the 鈥渇astpro鈥� email address. Please be on the lookout for this email. We will also send you a copy from via email. If you do not see this email within one week of your final form submission, please email us to let us know. Follow the payment instructions on the invoice to pay by credit card or by check. Please DO NOT send the payment directly to the Gardens.
*Final payment due date is determined by the invoice. If mailing, send it to the address listed in the invoice.
Parking
DAY OF PLANT FESTIVAL
Parking is available on site. We will have signs and volunteers directing you on the days of the festival to guide you on where you and your team can park.
MANDATORY SET UP DAY PARKING
Our staff will meet you at the entrance and guide you through the gardens to your set up location.
IMPORTANT: We have a narrow path for vehicles to drive around the gardens, please be patient and aware of your surroundings. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure everyone鈥檚 safety.
The green areas on the map are where we have secured parking for the Fall Plant Festival. The red represents the area in the Geopark we have reserved for vendor parking. Please reach out to our staff if you have any questions.
