The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the 91精品 Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, 91精品 Health.  

The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors.  Additionally, as a component of the 91精品 compliance program within the 91精品 Office of Compliance & Ethics, the 91精品 Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
