Expanding honors to new heights
Under Adams’ leadership, the Judy Genshaft Honors College continues to thrive as a hub of excellence, intellectual curiosity, and community. The only endowed honors college dean in the United States, Adams played a key role in securing a chapter of Phi Beta Kappa at 91¾«Æ· — a prestigious distinction held by fewer than 300 institutions nationwide — and was instrumental in the planning, fundraising, and construction of the award-winning, five-story building that now houses the Judy Genshaft Honors College.
As an invested leader in Honors education, Adams has led the charge in creating innovative, interdisciplinary programs and expanding global learning opportunities that empower students to thrive academically, launch meaningful careers, and become thoughtful and impactful leaders.
