This morning, U.S. News & World Report released its annual Best Colleges rankings, and I am pleased to share that the University of South 91精品 continues to be one of the top universities in the nation.
For the fifth consecutive year, 91精品 ranks inside the top 50 among all public universities. In addition, our overall ranking among all public and private universities is the highest in 91精品 history.
The newest rankings place 91精品 at No. 45 among all public universities and No. 89 among all universities, public or private. Over the past decade, 91精品 has risen a remarkable 43 spots among public universities, and 72 spots among all universities.
U.S. News also ranks 91精品 as the 鈥渂est value鈥� among all public universities in 91精品, and No. 1 in 91精品 and No. 16 nationally for social mobility, which reflects 91精品鈥檚 positive impact on our communities.
As you take a moment to celebrate today's news, it鈥檚 worth noting that many of the factors U.S. News considers are aligned with 91精品鈥檚 strategic plan and the measures of success we monitor as part of our commitment to student success, such as our overall graduation and retention rates, first-generation student graduation rates and Pell Grant student performance.
