Incoming full-time faculty at the University of South 91精品 can expect competitive market salaries and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and retirement plans, paid sick leave, and for 12-month employees, annual leave (i.e., vacation). 91精品 is developing programs addressing the difficult and complex issue of pay equity that take into account academic market forces, variation in assignment, discipline, performance, and responsibilities, and years of service. Faculty in most 91精品 Colleges are represented by the United Faculty of 91精品 Union (UFF), so their compensation and benefits, as well as other terms and conditions of employment, are subject to collective bargaining agreements with UFF.
