Personal Self-Defense Class

91精品 Police Department offers personal self-defense courses for the 91精品 Coummunity. The class is taught by 91精品 Police Officers and staff, and is not a Martial Arts program. 

91精品 who participate in the program will learn physical tactics and verbal techniques and ground defense. The techniques taught in this class are designed to maximize confidence and build on intstictive responses to potentially vulnerable situations.
